I'm sitting in a east coast city after having conducted a site-visit today. I toured what I consider to be a top-notch convention center facility. I have my own list of criteria that would make up the 'ultimate' convention center and, of course, we would all probably have slightly different criteria, depending on the event.

But my question is - "What would be in your top-10 list for must have items/policies, etc. in a convention center for your event?
